Wow, it's been a long time since I've posted anything on this blog! I think I'm going to change the direction of this blog just a little bit. Initially it was a place to keep anyone interested updated on how Cayden was doing. It will still do that. But, I think it will also be an oulet for my crazy thoughts as well. Life has been keeping us oh so very busy this past year. Still, I'd like to do what I can to keep up this blog (as much as an active toddler will allow :o) ).
What's happened in the last year? Here are the "newsworthy" events:
Cayden is 2 now. Can you believe it? I certainly can't. He's very active and very inquisitive. He's got an amazing memory (trait from his dad, definitely not me ;o) ). He is practically obsessed with anything that has to do with animals. He loves to read and to draw.
We've moved into a smaller but nicer house. It's felt like home since the first time we (or at least I) saw it.
That's it. Really. Sure, plenty of other things happened. But, it's a new year and I really don't want to go there right now.
Greatest lesson learned in 2007: Sometimes you have to take a step back to make a leap forward.
